Rich has nearly three decades of experience managing projects involving environmental review, environmental compliance auditing, and air emissions permitting. Recently, he has directed environmental assessments in support of road improvement projects in Canada involving impacts to wetlands, wildlife, fisheries, and rare plants when construction disturbances in protected areas are necessary. He has also conducted environmental impact projects for clients in the power, mining, ore-processing, steel-making, and food-processing industries, often focusing on air emissions impacts, dispersion modeling, health risk assessment, and air emissions testing.
